Media Tools

Making meaningful, educational information available to the media is very important. With all of us working together, we can bring attention to the need for Nebraskans to learn what they can do as individuals and members of a community to protect their sources of drinking water. These tools (including radio spots and press releases) can be used to inform your community as part of a proactive public awareness campaign or in reaction to requests for information. But this information isn’t just for the traditional media such as radio, television, newspapers and magazines, social media is a great way to spread the awareness message as well. Through blogs, Facebook or Twitter, a lot of awareness can be raised.
