Refund and Cancellation Policies

webinar Refunds
Webinar registrations may be cancelled any time prior to 10:00 a.m. the day of the webinar session. Online registrant cancellations will receive a full credit refund. All other registrant cancellations processed through The Groundwater Foundation's office will receive a refund less a $5 administrative fee.

Refunds will normally be processed within 60 days following the webinar session and in the same manner in which payment was originally received.

If you are unable to log in to the webinar due to technical issues, please contact The Groundwater Foundation for assistance at webinar@groundwater.org. If we are unable to help you, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation policy
The Groundwater Foundation reserves the right to cancel webinar events. If an event is cancelled by The Groundwater Foundation, a full refund or credit for a future webinar session will be issued to each paid registrant.
